What devices do you accept? +

We accept smartphones, tablets, and laptops in any condition. Working, broken, ancient - we'll take them all. Even if they don't turn on, they still have value in parts or responsible recycling.

Is pickup really free? +

Absolutely. No hidden fees, no minimum quantities. Whether you have one old phone or a dozen devices, we'll come pick them up at no cost to you. We're already doing pickup routes around Sydney, so it's easy for us to add you to the schedule.

How much goes to charity? +

We donate 50% of the proceeds from selling your devices to your chosen charity. We keep the other 50% to cover collection, testing, refurbishment, listing, and operational costs. Full transparency - that's the model.

What about my personal data? +

Great question! We perform a complete factory reset on every device before resale. That said, we always recommend you do your own factory reset before handing over devices - it's the safest approach. Remove your SIM cards and SD cards too.

Where do you operate? +

We currently service Sydney and surrounding suburbs. If you're outside our usual area, get in touch - we're always expanding our routes and may be able to accommodate special requests.

How long does pickup take? +

Once you book, we'll typically schedule a pickup within 3-7 days depending on your location and our route schedule. The actual pickup takes just a couple of minutes - we knock, you hand over your devices, done.

What if my device is really old or broken? +

No problem at all! Even older or non-working devices have value. We can harvest parts, refurbish what's salvageable, or ensure responsible e-waste recycling. Your ancient Blackberry from 2009? We'll take it.

Can I get a tax receipt? +

No - you're giving us goods that we sell, not making a direct tax-deductible donation. The donation happens between us and the charity. Think of it like consignment for a good cause rather than a direct charitable gift.
